We know that everything we have is the LORD’s, as Scripture reminds us in Psalm 24:1,
This means is that the decisions we make about “our” money, our time, and our gifts and abilities have more significance than we usually consider.
The Lord has blessed each of us far more than we can think or imagine. As we grow in our faith and faith walk, we begin to understand that true joy comes from using His gifts beyond ourselves: for Him and others!
“The earth belongs to the LORD. And so does everything in it.
The world belongs to him. And so do all those who live in it.”
Even so, He entrusts us to take care of His resources, to the extent that He has made us His stewards of these gifts. That is phenomenal! God trust us: with His earth, with His people; with everything! What an awesome gift – and responsibility.The world belongs to him. And so do all those who live in it.”
